01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the platform 7rbet — available at 7rbet.best and its associated applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the Terms and Conditions described herein. This document constitutes a binding contract between you (hereinafter "User") and the 7rbet platform.

7rbet reserves the right to request identity and proof-of-residence documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above the thresholds set by our internal compliance policy. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

03User Account — Creation, Security, and Restrictions

Each User may hold only one active account at 7rbet. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, email address, phone number, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending bonuses.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. Sharing your login details with third parties is strictly prohibited. 04Deposits and Payment Methods

The 7rbet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. Deposits made by third parties or from unidentified sources will be refused and returned to the sender, and may result in suspension of the beneficiary account.

The 7rbet does not charge additional fees on deposits. Any charges levied by intermediate financial institutions (exchange fees, IOF on international cards, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the User.

05Withdrawals — Timelines, Limits, and Rules

The 7rbet processes withdrawals exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case Pix will be used as the default alternative. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or digital wallets held in the name of the registered User.

Withdrawal timeframes and limits:

• Pix: processed in under 60 seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays;
• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 50.00 per transaction;
• Standard maximum withdrawal: R$ 10,000.00 per day; higher limits are available for verified VIP accounts;
• 7rbet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00.

Real balance vs. bonus balance: The balance from your own deposits is always available for withdrawal, regardless of the rollover status of any active bonus. If you request a withdrawal of your real balance while a rollover is active, the corresponding bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be cancelled. Your original deposit is never affected by this process.

06Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover Requirements

The 7rbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its users. Each offer has specific conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are valid only for the registered User's account and cannot be transferred;
• Each specific bonus may be redeemed only once per CPF, email address, or device, unless otherwise stated;
• The rollover is calculated exclusively on the bonus amount received, never on the User's deposit;
• The standard deadline to complete the rollover is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Bonuses not completed within the allotted time are automatically cancelled, with no impact on the User's real balance;
• 7rbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to a technical error or as the result of fraud.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus at 7rbet equals 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of R$ 3,000.00. The minimum deposit to activate the bonus is R$ 20.00. The rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount, with a 30-day deadline. The 150 free spins included in the package are credited in batches over the first 5 days and carry the same 30x rollover requirement on winnings.

07Sports Betting — General Rules

Sports Betting at 7rbet cover more than 30 sports, with a special focus on Brazilian football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, and e-sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are considered valid once the ticket is confirmed by the 7rbet system;
• Typing errors or selection mistakes made after the bet slip is confirmed cannot be reversed;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets are voided and the staked amount is fully refunded;
• In accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, it is removed from the slip and the bet remains valid with the remaining selections;
• Cash out is available for eligible single and accumulator bets, as indicated on the real-time bet slip;
• 7rbet reserves the right to limit bets, adjust odds, or refuse bets from users displaying suspicious behavioral patterns;
• Odds displayed at the moment of selection may vary slightly in live markets — the value confirmed on the bet slip is final.

The minimum bet for sports markets is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by sport, competition, and market type, and are displayed directly on the bet slip before confirmation.

08Casino Games, Slots & Crash Games

All casino games available on the 7rbet — including slots, roulette, blackjack, live baccarat, and crash games — use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent laboratories. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the User or the platform.

• Bets placed on games with a confirmed technical malfunction are voided and the staked amount refunded;
• Winnings obtained during documented technical failures may be voided following review;

10Prohibited Conduct and Platform Misuse

The 7rbet maintains a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

The 7rbet uses automated fraud detection systems and periodically reviews unusual betting patterns. In suspected cases, the account may be suspended for review before any permanent closure.

11Privacy and Data Protection

12Account Closure and Suspension

The User may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@7rbet.best. Prior to closure, all available real balance will be transferred to the registered Pix key, subject to applicable withdrawal limits. Unmet bonus balances will be cancelled without compensation.

The 7rbet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Failure to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations;
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the User.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be held during the investigation period. Balances resulting from proven fraudulent activity will be confiscated. The User has the right to contest the closure through support channels, and 7rbet commits to responding within 5 business days.

13Limitation of Liability

The 7rbet employs all available technical resources to ensure platform availability and stability. However, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed under all circumstances. The platform is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from connectivity failures or issues with the User's internet infrastructure;
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the platform;
• Force majeure events, including power outages, natural disasters, or external cyberattacks;
• Actions of third parties, including internet service providers, financial institutions, or gaming partners.

The maximum liability of the 7rbet under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the User's account at the time of the event that caused the damage, except as expressly provided by law.

14Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 7rbet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly to comply with new legal regulations, changes to the services offered, or improvements to platform policies.

Significant changes will be communicated to Users at least 15 days in advance through:

• Visible notification on the platform at login;
• Email communication to the registered address;
• Update of the review date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the effective date of the amendments.

15Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the online betting market in the country.

In the event of a dispute between the User and the 7rbet, the parties must first attempt an amicable resolution through the platform's support channels. The deadline for this attempt is 30 days from the formal notification of the dispute.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are hereby designated as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
